Filipino-American Ministry

With hearts full of faith and joy, the Filipino American Ministry at Blessed Trinity welcomes all Filipino-American parishioners and friends into our vibrant church family. Rooted in our Catholic traditions and cultural heritage, we come together in service, celebration, and prayer—most especially through our annual Simbang Gabi celebration. We support parish ministries, represent BTCC at diocesan Filipino events, and uplift one another in fellowship and faith. Mabuhay, and welcome home!

Mission Statement 

1. Sponsor our Simbang Gabi annually (Christmas Novena mass)at BTCC with fundraising and all aspects of the event.
2. To assist and support in a secondary role all ministries at BTCC.
3. To welcome all Filipino/American and Asian-American to our church family here at BTCC.
4. Represent BTCC during our Filipino events/masses at the Basilica of Mary Queen of the Universe Shrine, like the feast of Sto. Nino, Our Lady of Antipolo ( Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage), and other special events.
5. Meet every other month for general meetings/planning/fundraising events to support our church with the proceeds.
6. Meet weekly (as necessary) after the Thanksgiving holiday in preparation for our Simbang Gabi celebration mass with a reception!!!

We sponsor our Simbang Gabi (Filipino Novena Mass) annually at BTCC, covering all aspects of the event through fundraising. In addition, we assist and support in a secondary role all ministries at BTCC as needed. We welcome all Filipino-Americans to our church family here at BTCC and represent BTCC during our Filipino Masses and events at the Basilica of Mary, Queen of the Universe. Finally, we support each other and meet every other month for a general meeting/fundraising/planning for the Simbang Gabi!

14. Assist in the reception at the Parish center as needed for Memorial, etc.
15. Assist in Fr. Joe's farewell reception
16. Represent BTCC during the events/Feast Days celebrations at the Basilica, Mary Queen of the Universe during Feast Day of Sto. Nino in January and Our Lady of the Antipolo (Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage) in July
