NOTE: *You must have completed one year of LifeTeen before you can be Confirmed.
*You must attend LifeTeen the year of your Confirmation
Face to Face. Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
From 6th to 8th- EDGEFrom 9th to 12th- LIFE TEEN
Face to Face Sunday Night. Program begins with-5pm Family Life Teen Mass until 6pm. 6pm to 8pm LIFE TEEN.
EDGE and LIFE TEEN: Fees:- Edge and Lifeteen- $50 per student
Online Registration Process:
1. The family MUST be registered in our Parish. If you are not registered, please CLICK HERE to complete the Form, and then return to this page to continue with the process.
2. Read the following documents (click each link below), leaving a record of having read them, at the end of the inscription in Vanco:Student Code of Conduct.
Photography and Image Assignment, Waiver, and Release.
Child Sexual Abuse Prevention.
After reading and acknowledging the documents above
*NOTE- Payments are A-La-Carte. Ex. If your child is receiving a First Holy Communion, you have to pay for Sunday Faith Formation, CLICK ON “Look for more Payment Opportunities” and then pay for First Holy Communion. If your child is receiving Confirmation, you would pay for LifeTeen CLICK ON “Look for more Payment Opportunities” and then again for Confirmation.

Inscripción en Linea:
1. La familia debe estar registrada en nuestra Parroquia. Si no está registrado, HAGA CLIC AQUÍ para completar el formulario y luego regrese a esta página para continuar con el proceso.
2. Leer los siguientes documentos, dejando constancia de haberlos leído, al final de su inscripción y donacion en Vanco:- Código de Conducta del Estudiante.
- Asignación, Renuncia y Publicación de Imágenes Fotográficas.
- Abuso Sexual de Niños y su Prevención.
Despues de leer los documentos anteriores
*NOTA- Los pagos son a la carta. Ex. Si su hijo está recibiendo una Primera Comunión, debe pagar la Formación de Fe dominical, HAGA CLIC EN "Buscar más oportunidades de pago" y luego pagar la Primera Comunión. Si su hijo recibe Confirmación, usted pagaría por LifeTeen HAGA CLIC EN "Buscar más oportunidades de pago" y luego nuevamente para la Confirmación.
