Scholarships

We are proud to announce the establishment of the Father Roland Nadeau, M.S. Memorial Scholarship Fund, created in loving memory of the former Pastor of Blessed Trinity Catholic Parish.

Father Roland served our parish faithfully for nearly seventeen years. Throughout his ministry, he demonstrated a deep commitment to the ongoing faith formation of our Catholic youth. It was his heartfelt desire to see high school students grow in their love of God and the Church, and to recognize and respond to the gifts of the Holy Spirit—especially through servant-discipleship in the Life Teen Faith Formation program and through dedicated service in our parish liturgies as Altar Servers at the Table of the Lord on weekends and solemnities throughout the year.

The Blessed Trinity Men’s Club has been entrusted by the Pastor with the responsibility of overseeing and ensuring the long-term viability of this scholarship fund. In consultation with the Parish Finance Council and under the authority of the Pastor, the Men’s Club will administer the fund and award up to four scholarships of $2,000 each to qualified high school seniors each year following the spring semester.

These one-time scholarships will be awarded to students who have been accepted into a college, university, trade school, or vocational institution, including seminaries or pre-novitiate programs for the priesthood or consecrated life, located in the United States.

The BTCC Men’s Club Scholarship Committee will select two to four recipients from the pool of deserving applicants.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet one or both of the following foundational criteria:

• Faith Formation Scholarship — Demonstrated active participation in Faith Formation (Life Teen) at BTCC for a minimum of three years, including their Senior Year,  and having received the Sacrament of Confirmation.

OR

• Liturgical Ministry Scholarship — Demonstrated faithful service in the Ministry of Altar Server at BTCC for a minimum of four years, including the Senior Year,  and having received the Sacrament of Confirmation.
