From the Pastor’s Desk

Fr. Skip invites us into Lent as a sacred pilgrimage of testing, purification, and transformation. Reflecting on the temptations of Jesus in the desert (Mt 4:1–11), he reminds us that Lent is not simply about what we give up, but what we allow God to transform within us. The three temptations — self-sufficiency, testing God, and power — mirror our own struggles. Through prayer, sacrifice, and trust, we journey toward Easter renewed in holiness and courage.
